Week 1, Done!  Way to start this challenge with a BANG!  Keep it up!  For this weeks recipe, I decided that my family needed something sweet.  I don’t know about you all, but day 3  this week was definitely a challenge.  Both Matt and I started to feel the sugar detox. Now that we are all settled into 2019, we are ready to tackle nutrition with the annual UpReach Crossfit nutrition challenge!  Each week I will be posting a new recipe that I have either made up or pulled from the internet.  Rest assured, each receipt will be tested before I post it! Check your ego at the door.  I am sure most of us in the CrossFit world have heard this saying at some point, if not, well…you’re hearing it now. What does this saying actually mean though? It can mean a lot of different things but it usually comes down to a few finer points: Stop comparing yourself to others!
