I fell in love with fitness at a young age and that love never stopped! I have had the privilege of competing for the University of Texas Gymnastics Team, The National Pro Grid League with the San Francisco Fire and at The CrossFit Regionals in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016. I found my passion for coaching CrossFit in 2011. I love that I have the opportunity to help create a lifestyle of health, fitness and fun for every single person that walks through our doors! I am married and crazy in love with Megan Adams! Psalms 115:1 Colossians 3:23 Philippians 4:13

I have been in and around fitness and health since I was 13 years old, when my mom introduced me to lifting weights for football. I haven’t looked back since, 5 years later while in college playing football I acquired my NASM personal trainers certificate at 18 years old. 2 years later I found CrossFit and dove in head first acquiring my Level-1 a year later. During this time I attended San Jose State in California and acquired my degree in Exercise Physiology, all while being the head coach at Diablo CrossFit Moxie in San Jose, CA. Over the past decade I have been lucky to accumulate a wealth of knowledge from differing philosophies of fitness and health and have put them to practice accumulating many athletes who work with me one on one, from CrossFit Games Masters athletes, Ultra-Endurance runners, to mothers and grandmothers. Health and fitness are my life, it was what I was put on this planet to do and I want to help any and everyone reach their fitness goals in any way I can!

Andrea Nicholls Bio & Certifications
Master of Public Health from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health
Bachelor of Sociology/Spanish from Trinity University
CF Level 2 Trainer
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
I am passionate about fitness, community, redefining body image, and helping others find their own empowerment and confidence (especially women!). I have returned back to my beloved hometown of Austin after having lived in NYC, Atlanta, Kenya, Los Angeles, Oakland, and most recently, Maui, HI. Before being a full time fitness coach, I worked as a community organizer, a health educator, and a research analyst. Coaching CrossFit has taught me many important lessons, one of which is that interpersonal connectedness is just as important to overall health as physical fitness. I am grateful to have been so readily welcomed into the UpReach community!
Paige Sousa Bio & Certifications
USAW Level 2 Coach
Russian Kettlebell Cert level 1
Paige joins us from San Jose, CA. After coaching high school and junior college basketball, she felt the pull to continue coaching after graduating from San Jose State University. She now has her CFL2, USAW-2 and RKC certification. She has competed in both CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting over the last 5 years, settling in on Olympic lifting as her focus. Her coaching style is direct, detailed, and filled with dry humor. Her goal for each class and each member is to learn something about their own movement and body every time they set foot in the gym. By emphasizing the power of mind-body connection through weightlifting, gymnastics, and all things strength and conditioning, she hopes to put the tools in place for each member to lead a healthy, strong lifestyle in and out of the gym for years to come.
Matt & Natalie Malone
Natalie Malone, CrossFit Level 1
Husband and wife team. The friendship began in 1992 when Matt mowed the lawn for Natalie’s parents. Coincidentally, Matt and Natalie’s best friends were brother and sister and all of them attended the same local schools and were members of the same church. Eventually, Matt and Natalie went their separate ways during their college days, but were reunited in 2006 when Natalie transferred to The University of Texas. Initially, the relationship began 2006 as a friendship centered on fitness and maintaining healthy lifestyles. Because Matt and Natalie have extensive athletic backgrounds, sharing fitness regimes and similar interests seemed to naturally bring them together. Matt tried his hand at many sports such as soccer, football, basketball, wakeboarding, and golf. Golf came the most naturally to Matt. Matt played on the varsity golf team at McNeil High School and then continued to play golf as a hobby during college. Natalie participated as a cheerleader in high school, both for McNeil High School and with a competitive team. Natalie also served as a cheerleader at Baylor University her freshman year. Somewhere along this journey, Matt and Natalie began meeting at the gym several times a week, then grabbing dinner. Those casual dinners turned into date nights which then evolved into a serious relationship. In August 2010, Matt and Natalie married. In July 2012, Matt was introduced to CrossFit. He had an instant connection with the sport and the CrossFit community. In October of 2012, Natalie joined. The two spent countless hours at the gym growing their love for CrossFit and their friends that they had met in this phenomenal community of people with like interests . In 2014, Baby Jett was born. Jett has been raised by his parents and a balcony group of CrossFitters who have encouraged Jett to participate and excel in physical and social activities that he enjoys.
