My childhood revolved around competitive cheerleading and I transitioned to CrossFit and weightlifting in college. Coaching was an obvious next step when I fell in love with the hard work and community. I’ve been coaching since 2016 and appreciate that there is always something new to learn about myself, the methodology and my athletes. I made the move to ATX from Chicago in October 2023 and have been finding my place in this new city. UpReach has welcomed me with open arms since my move and I am so honored to join this team! Outside of getting sweaty in the gym, you’ll find me bringing babies into this world as a labor and delivery nurse or playing catch with my labradoodle, aptly named Kilo.
