I have been in and around fitness and health since I was 13 years old, when my mom introduced me to lifting weights for football. I haven’t looked back since, 5 years later while in college playing football I acquired my NASM personal trainers certificate at 18 years old. 2 years later I found CrossFit and dove in head first acquiring my Level-1 a year later. During this time I attended San Jose State in California and acquired my degree in Exercise Physiology, all while being the head coach at Diablo CrossFit Moxie in San Jose, CA. Over the past decade I have been lucky to accumulate a wealth of knowledge from differing philosophies of fitness and health and have put them to practice accumulating many athletes who work with me one on one, from CrossFit Games Masters athletes, Ultra-Endurance runners, to mothers and grandmothers. Health and fitness are my life, it was what I was put on this planet to do and I want to help any and everyone reach their fitness goals in any way I can!
