Member of the Month – NOVEMBER 2018
How awesome is this weather?! November is such a great month for working outdoors and working out in general! Thanksgiving is upon us and we all know what that means… FOOD! Aside from the deliciousness that accompanies Thanksgiving, is recognizing how fortunate we are. Here at UpReach, we are thankful for you, our members. This months member of the month is Chloe Dayton. We sat down with Chloe to find out what keeps her so motivated and why she loves UpReach.
- What led you to try out Crossfit?
I always wanted to try CrossFit but I remember being really intimidated, but my desire to know more about fitness and challenge myself physically pushed me to just do it. I’m so glad I did!
- What is your favorite part about UpReach?
There are SO many reasons I love Upreach!! The two that come to mind right away is the family community and the amazing coaching. Not only have I far exceeded my expectations in my fitness, but I’ve gained a second family. Nothing can replace y’all ❤️
- What is the biggest change that you have seen since starting Crossfit?
The biggest change I’ve seen since starting CrossFit at Upreach is my attitude. I GET TO DO everything I do in my life and it’s transferred over even to my lifting. If it’s not the best lifting day for me, instead of being down on myself.. it’s just another day to grow and be challenged. 💪🏼
- Many people don’t know that you are 1 of 11 children. What is in like growing up with a HUGE family?
Growing up in a huge family is a lot of fun!! Definitely more sacrifice has to be made, but more blessing comes from it. I have built in best friends and there’s never a dull moment when you share a room with 4+ siblings your whole life!
Chloe has made UpReach her home since the very first ever community workout! She is always smiling and so welcoming to each person she meets! We are so thankful for Chloe and cannot wait to continue to help her smash her goals! Big thanks to Chloe for participating!
